Davis® Programs

Our programs offer an opportunity to master a unique learning method, designed specifically for neurodivergent learners and their visual and sensory learning difference. These programs are one-on-one, intensive (5-10 days) and tailored to address individual goals. Clients learn through a multi-sensory approach and gain unique tools that help them achieve lasting effectiveness and independence in learning.

Dyslexia – Davis® Mastery for Dyslexia

30 Hours/typically over 5 days, 6 hours of follow up as needed (Ages 8 to Adult)

  • A strategy for visual and kinesthetic learners: aligns with how the brain naturally learns
  • Literacy skills: Improves reading fluency, word recognition, handwriting, spelling, and focus.
  • Fixes triggers: Resolves confusion around symbols such as letters, punctuation marks and sight words, which are triggers for dyslexia symptoms.
  • Tools for focus: Teaches tools for focus, emotional self-regulation and energy control – to lower frustration or feeling overwhelmed.

Young Learner – Davis® Foundations for Reading

30 hours, typically over 10 days , 6 hrs follow up as needed (Ages 8 to Adult)

    • A Gentler Pace: half-day sessions to keep things fun and manageable for younger children.
    • The Early Advantage: Provides a solid learning foundation and the same Davis tools so kids at risk of developing learning disabilities are well prepared for primary education.
    • Ready for School: Kids learn simple ways to keep their focus and manage their own energy, helping them stay on task in class.
    • Learning Together: You’ll be by your child’s side for at least half the time. This way, you learn the same tools they do and can easily help them keep up the progress at home

Dyscalculia – Davis® Mastery for Math

48 hours/typically over 8 days, 6hrs of follow up as needed (Ages 8 to Adult)

  • One-on-one intensive: designed to bridge the gaps in math understanding and build a strong, lasting foundation.
  • Tools for focus: Provides tools to maintain focus and attention, lower frustration, and manage energy levels.

  • Building blocks of math: Concept work to master the underlying foundation for mathematical thinking. By building concepts like Sequence, Order, and Time in 3D clay, students finally understand the underlying logic that all math is built upon.

  • Fixing the triggers: Resolving confusion around mathematical symbols and trigger words. We use clay to master these symbols so they no longer cause mental confusion or disorientation.

  • Hands-on learning: No repetitive worksheets or drills. It is built specifically for picture and kinesthetic learners who need to touch and build things to truly understand their meaning, and who struggle with traditional teaching.

ADHD – Davis® Mastery for Attention

30 Hours/typically over 5 days, 6hrs of follow up as needed. (Ages 8 to Adult)

  • Focus Tools: Provides tools to manage distractibility and disorientation, helping to maintain attention on task and regulate energy levels.

  • Executive Functioning Support: Uses hands-on clay modeling to explore concepts like Time, Change, Sequence, Order —the building blocks of organization and planning.

  • Behavior modification:  Focuses on internalizing life concepts such as Cause & Effect and Consequence, providing a framework for understanding how actions impact outcomes, and reducing impulsivity.

  • Organizational Skills: Targets the underlying reasons for struggles with time management and task completion to help create more productive routines.

  • Self-Regulation: Helps develop a stronger sense of “Self” and internal awareness, which can positively impact social interactions and physical self-control.
